The 5.11 Tac-A Gloves is an all around patrol gloves at a great price. These gloves have the 5.11 Tactical Series® trademark TacticalTouch™ construction system for maximum dexterity. TacticalTouch™ is 5.11's method of design and construction for the 5.11 Tactical gloves line. A solid piece of leather or material forms the palm and underside of the fingers and wraps up and over the fingertip, leaving the pad of your finger free of seams for maximum dexterity. The 5.11 Tac-A Gloves features a pull-tab along with a hook and loop Velcro® closure at the wrists. With PU leather grip pads protect your palms and fingertips from injury. The synthetic suede keeps your hands comfortable and warm so that you are ready for any activity. All of our gloves have been designed by Jeff Gonzales, a highly decorated and respected 12-year veteran of the U.S. Navy Seals.

"Comfortable glove. Used in cold and desert environment. However seams between thumb and index finger separated at 7 months with only normal use. But for $30, its a deal."

"The TAC-A gloves are by far a great overall glove with tactical work emphasis. The gloves where worn on average of 6-8 hours a day, 7 days a week for months at a time, and handled very well. The gloves do run a bit small and individuals with "meaty" hands can use the guide provided but I would suggest 1 size up if you have hands like I do. Due to a tighter fit the palm area near the web of the thumb did wear out after a while but I still use them regularly."

"I have owned a lot of gloves and these are as good as any I’ve had yet and there $10 to $15 cheaper then anything comparable. They are work as advertise as far as being functional in all my patrol duties. With most gloves I’ve had you had to give up something to get something else you wanted. These are good all-around gloves. You get good sure grip but they are not so thin that they don’t offer protection. I’ve been able to shoot, grab onto of people and write with no problem.

- The leather grip pads help provide a good firm grip and have really held up. - I like the countered shape of the glove around the wrist. It doesn’t get jammed against my watch. - The pull tab makes it a lot easier to get the gloves on because I like them to be snug."
