5.11 Tactical LBE Vest

If you are looking for a load-bearing vest designed for special operations and tactical situations, look no farther. In partnership with Kyle Lamb, 5.11 Tactical Series has produced the ultimate load-bearing platform. The LBE Vest is made from a stiffened mesh that provides the necessary structure for all your gear, yet allows air in for ventilation and breathability. The 5.11 Tactical LBE Vest has our hidden document pockets and is fully compatible with the 5.11 VTAC Slickstick™ pouches or standard molle gear. A grab handle is located on the interior of the vest, not visible to an outsider, but there if you need it. A hydration pocket is also located on the interior of the back of the vest. The 5.11 LBE Vest is adjustable in girth and length and is available in Regular and 2XL+ sizes. We use only quality YKK® zippers and high quality high impact plastic clips.

You can use any number of our Slickstick™ accessories to customize your LBE Vest for any situation. The 5.11 Slickstick™ accessories are compatible with standard molle attachment systems, yet functions like none other. The Slickstick™ slides through a UV-resistant ring making it easier to arrange and attach your pouches and other gear. Slickstick attaches like a normal molle attachment, but it slides to make it easier. To remove an item, just pop the snap and pull the stick out. The design combination of our LBE and our Slickstick™ accessories give you an unlimited variety of configurations.

"Overall a good product, I got this to demo it and I like the large plate carrier better (better suits my needs). It's pretty solid and adjust farily well. I would recomend the larger size if your a solid guy or gal. The mesh is durable and its held up very well for moderate use. I would like to see it in OD along with all your tactical nylon line."

"I have been using this 5.11 vest for awhile now and I really like the way it fits. It is really easy to adjust the sizing if you are goinging to wear it over your uniform or over your winter jacket. The vest being all mesh makes it breathable and with a hydration pack thrown into the back pouch you can wear it all day and be comfortable. The ability to quickly change the pouches is very nice, I can change the pouches to fit the detail I am working."
